CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


Cancellation requests made 24 hours before the reservation start time are free of charge. In this case, your payment will be refunded to you. However, no refund will be made for cancellation requests made less than 24 hours from the rental start time.

 

No refund will be made to you in the following cancellations.

 


• If you do not inform us about any changes or cancellations before your vehicle pickup date / time,

 

• When you do not arrive at your reservation time without prior notice,

 

• When you cannot provide / submit the documents required to receive the vehicle,

 

• If there is no credit card on behalf of the main driver or is no required blockage amount on the credit card

 

• In cases where the renter is determined to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs when he/she comes to pick up the vehicle, the car is not supplied to the Renter and no refund is made.

 


In the updates to be made on the reservation dates, the price may change depending on the current date you want to make changes and the availability of the vehicle. Nissa Car Rental reserves the right to change the Cancellation & Refund Policy without prior notice.
